What it means to me
It pains me to sit back while our planet's natural beauty crashes down around us as consequence of our species' actions.
As well as an amazing chance to help the world's perishing wildlife, I see this project as a unique educational opportunity and experience that, I hope, will mean the start of a future in conservation work.
In school I have studied Biology and Earth sciences, and for many years have been spending free time reading and looking-up subjects relating to different aspects of the natural world, such as taxonomy, palaeontology, and ecology, and I have donated to different charities and NGO's; when I was twelve I started fundraising toward the conservation of the Iberian lynx. Plus, next year I intend to begin studying for a degree in the field of biological sciences, so any experience I gain from the project would be relevant to my future studies.
